After spending one whole night (or rather morning) stressing over chem questions
I can't sleep nowww~ Dx
While trying to get to sleep
I thought of this wonderful blog 
which I have kind of abandoned for the past two years :(

 And I decided that this has to be changed
because when I grow up and want to find memories of my younger days
other than stalking my photos on Facebook
I'm going to come back here and read all my blog posts
I'm not going to read my random tweets

 Even though there aren't many interesting stuffs happening
at this stage of my life
I can pen down my thoughts!
Because recently I've been thinking a lot :)

 Like yesterday night before going to sleep
I was having my daily quiet time
and I reflected on what is love and its significance
which is timely because this is a time of trial
Through setbacks and life's problems
we will feel defeated and we will feel pain
but love is our hope :)
It's not a deliberate extension to the post I wrote...3 years ago?
HAHAHAHA even though I think it's quite cool :D

 To me
love is really seeing the good in one another
and wanting the best for each other
We look out for them and their needs
We want to be there for them when they need us
And we try our best to accept their weaknesses
the same way we wish for them to embrace ours
In love we find comfort and joy
With love we find the strength to carry on

 I believe that love brings redemption
It's through love's mercy and grace 
that we are able to acknowledge our wrongdoings
and be determined to change our ways
About a month ago Pastor How showed us a scene from Les Miserables
about Jean Valjean stealing from the bishop
who gave him accommodation when no one else was willing to
because he was jailed previously for stealing
He was like backstabbing the person who showed kindness to him
When he was caught by the guards
instead of exposing his lies and punishing him
the bishop told the guards that 
he was the one who gave those silverware to Jean Valjean
After that the bishop asked him to become a better person
which he did in the end :)
That scene touched me a lot because it really
portrays the power of forgiveness and mercy
Even though it's fiction
I believe such stories occur in real life too :)

 Talking about Les Miserables
When I first picked up the book when I was 8 or 9
because the cover was a picture of a mouse with a broom
I read through one-tenth of the book thinking that
it was a story about a mouse :X
Ya I gave up reading the other nine-tenths of the book
cos I couldn't understand anything -__- obviously
Until recently then I realise it's not a story about a mouse :P

 mmm! Because of love
家是我们的避风港
After one tiring day of facing the harsh realities of this world
we go back home to the embraces of people who care for us the most :)
People who know our weaknesses best but will stick closest to us by our sides

 Love is amazing 
Love is great
And ya love makes the world go round HEEHEE :D
