I shall do a quick summary of this week
before I resume mugging for block tests x__x

During one of the LA lessons this week
Mr Kaw revealed that he's about 2 decades older than us
Then somehow he started talking about white hair and
said that he won't dye it black and will let it remain white
like Mr Khoo!! :D :D
Mr Kaw: "Don't you think white hair is cool? Like Mr Khoo.
He's like a Zen Master" HAHAHA! XD
According to reliable sources
apparently many female teachers like Mr Khoo too! :P
OHOH KHOO QING Mr Khoo is too charming liao~

Today during Lit Pull-Out
Mr James Tan was sharing with us the story of King Oedipus
which storyline I'm unable to elaborate here cos it's too disturbing
Especially the part where some person described
how King Oedipus gorged out his eyeballs -ouchhh-
he must be veryvery guilty and heartbroken :(
But instead of gorging out his eyeballs
maybe he can like put on eye masks instead?
HAHAHA LAMEEE SUGGESTION~ :X
Anw while he was talking about Electra Complex or smt
Minghui was laughing like mad -.-ll
Poor Mr James Tan thought she's laughing at what he said
but she was actually laughing at my ez-link card photo .__.ll

I 当场爆笑 when I read the comments Yang Laoshi
gave me in the online progress report
She described me as 温文尔雅 leh HAHAHA xDD!
Actually I really was a 温文尔雅 student until I was in P5
when I learnt that the trashcan cover is a good defence weapon :X
It was necessary to protect myself in those tough times
when I had to take down names of playful students okay D;
Cos when I take down their names right
omg the boys will run after me and try to snatch my notebook
then I'll run to the nearest dustbin and take up the trashcan cover
then nobody dares to come near me liao HEEHEE! :DD
It feels nice to be called 温文尔雅 again :):)

Eyeball dissection was better than expected
I think it's cos I shared the eyeball with Callie Kwong
who gigggled and laughed with me as we attempted
(quite violently) to cut a hole in the pupil
The eyeball was so hard to cut and chop! xO
We were so violent we broke the lens
but we couldn't get the choroid out D:
After that Hilary and I ate hor fun for lunch
which was so delicious and filling
it's like one of the nicest food in the canteen! (Y)

Today's morning assembly was epic
cos the AV people couldn't play the national anthem
and the school song :O
So there was like silence for a minute or so? O.O
After that we decided to sing without the music
but nobody dared to start until Mr Chia sang loudly :DD
I think it's quite nice to sing together without the music
cos we can listen to our melodious voices more clearly

Mdm Heng's pitch was a bit high so we had to 调整 to match hers
then I heard somebody singing REALLYREALLY out of tune! xDD
I was wondering who that person was
until Wendi told me it's Kawrrect
cos his pitch was too low and he couldn't hit the high note
AHAHAHAHA!!! ;DD

A very thought-provoking and touching post
I read on renren.com recently

日本政府真是人性化的解释不能啊……地震避难，在街上渴了，三得利自动贩卖机免费；饿了，便利店免费；累了，大超市开放给你避难；寂寞了，公众电话免费；听不懂日语，电视台中文喊话教你怎么避难。

十年前第一次拿到SONY的随身听跟人显摆的时候，你不爱国，吃神户牛肉日本料理的，你没爱国，看着电脑里几个G的毛片撸管的时候，你也没爱国。现在人家地震了，你爱国了，你想起了侵华战争了，你惦记起靖国神社了，你说震的好——麻烦你别爱祖国，祖国为你感到丢人。

汶川地震，日本政府捐了5亿三千万日元，是除沙特外最多的。日本红十字会网上募捐超8000万日元，全国所有（是所有！）便利店都设置了捐款箱。索尼1亿日元，松下1000万人民币的捐款和物资，超出了对2005年美国南部飓风灾害的援助额。佳能1亿5000万円。日本派出的救援队也已抵达了四川。我们摸摸良心吧。

汶川地震时，许多日本年轻人自发在街头拿着标语为中国人民祈福，如今他们家乡地震了，民众是无辜的，中日政治上有分歧不代表我们可以冷眼相对。他们都懂这个道理，为什么我们不懂？爱心无关政治，为日本祈福。

一位同事本来也是对日本地震幸灾乐祸，但是看了我发的灾难视频后，总算没有把嘲弄的笑容挂在脸上了，有点坐立不安的说去查查日本红十字会的地址，看能否给人家捐款，当她百度搜索“日本红十字会”看到结果后，当场失声痛苦——全部都是日本红十字对中国的各种援助历史，都是她在国内媒体上不曾听闻的。

当莎朗斯通说汶川地震是“报应”的时候，中国人愤怒了，说她冷血，禽兽不如；当中国脑残祝贺日本大地震的时候，你们有没有考虑过受害者的感受呢？将心比心，别让人瞧不起好么？

别在这个时候幸灾乐祸，你有你表达情感的权利，我也有！但请别在这个时候表达；你有你痛恨日本的权利，我也恨！但请别在这个时刻痛恨；如果有一天中日开战，你拿起刀枪上战场我佩服你！如果有一天日本地震，你抬起担架去救人我同样佩服你！

为日本人民祈福

Happy 71st birthday in advance popo! x3
Tomorrow is my popo's birthday
but I have no idea why my family decided
to celebrate it today in some Suatu/Suato restaurant .__.
Amelia told me it's not nice
hope that's not true :P
I still trust my aunts' and uncles' tastes

Anw just now Amelia and I went to get popo birthday presents!
Amelia bought her some oyster mee siam
The auntie gave us 2 oysters only leh! :( :(
Should have begged her to give us more~
Then I bought popo Panaflex! :DD
Cos she has been complaining of backaches and knee joint aches D:
Hahaha I felt so happy when I saw
popo smile when looking at the Panaflex thingo hehe ;DD

AHHH I still have some homework undone! D:
I just finished chionging my IH essay last night
It was so... brainpower-needing I could feel my hair dropping! T.T
Anw Elton saw my 满江红 IH GF essay
and was jealous that I have such a hardworking IH teacher HEHEHE
Even though Mr Tay's handwriting is a bit illegible sometimes
Although reading his comments is like... cracking some Da Vinci code
His comments are very useful in helping us to improve (Y)

Elton laughed at me cos I wrote in the essay
"When these water sources and crops are consumed by people,
chemical enter their bodies via their corneas and respiratory tubes..."
then Mr Tay's comment was
"They eat with their eyes + 2 lungs?"
.__.ll The feeling of being laughed at by my younger brother...
wasn't very nice =/
And if Ms Chee saw this I think she would faint too :O
I'm suddenly reminded of her "Hall of Fame" HAHAHA epic much! xDD

The Sec 4 LSC was a lot more fun and memorable
than I expected! :DD
Even Seow Jiexi says so okay~ :P
Because everything was so boomz and high
I shall blog about more significant and meaningful events ^^

I'm so proud to be a 408-er! =DD
Quoting Vanessa Chan's status on Facebook
"Oh yeah!
Top for Group Skipping: 88x~
Top for Inter-class games: 38!
Most Creative for ARMOS headgear party!
1st prize for ARMOS headgear party!
yep I'm not surprised, because being an 8-er rocks! 8D"
Love this status 1000x

Actually I think most of us were shocked
when the MCs announced that our class got first for ARMOS
We were mentally prepared to congratulate another class
so when the MCs said "4-0-8!"
all of us were stunned for about 3 seconds O__O
cos we thought we heard wrongly

But when we finally regained consciousness (hahaha! xD)
we were so... surprised and agitated
we jumped up from our seats and
screamed at the top of our lungs! :DD
I remember I screamed very loudly not only because
I was super super happy
but also to "expel" that feeling of disbelief
Minghui was so 激动 she actually cried! ;D

I think it's super obvious to the whole level and
accompanying teachers that
408 is a class full of Mr Khoo's fangirls xDD!
When Limin was asked by the MCs
which male teacher in the room most deserves the title
"Mr Grace and Confidence"
408ers without hesitation shouted "Mr Khoo!"
and of course Laogong's answer was/is Mr Khoo too :DD
"Because he teaches math with confidence"
YAYYYYY ^^ NICE ONE LAOGONG x3

MunShuen was very cute also! ^^
The way she sashayed across the stage was......
an eye-opener in this sense O.O!
Anw the MC asked her
"Why do you deserve the title Ms Grace and Confidence?"
Then she answered
"Because I'm confident, I'm graceful
and most importantly, I'm modest" LOLOLOL!! xD
That made me laugh and clap for her like a sealion ;D
Although I don't know whether sealions can clap la -.-ll

During the camp montage
our class cheered whenever
photos with Mr Khoo inside appeared on the screen ;D
And I think the teachers purposely put Mr Khoo's
photo at the end of the montage to make us high one lor
Teachers know us best (Y)!
They put his photo up there for so long somemore
for us to 欣赏 leh :P

Our class totally stood up and cheered loudly for MK
According to reliable sources
Mr Khoo was giving a 无奈 de look .__.
But we know deep down inside he's very happy and touched one!

Jiexi, Yilin, Agnes and I lunched at KAP together after camp :DD
We spent 2 hours reminiscing our 2 years together
in 104'08 and 204'09 xD
MEMORIES~ The good old times~ (Y)
Seow Jiexi reminded me of the
"only 3 facial expressions" I gave her
when I didn't really know her that well and
the times when she "rescued" me
when I kena "harrassed" by ahemsahems ;D!

Then I shared with them the rather entertaining and funny stories
of how I dislocated both my knee caps .__.ll
It's supposed to be very 心酸 de kay
but somehow all of us ended up laughing
until we 嘴酸 and cheeks酸 instead

Yesterday was funnnnn ^^
During assembly
Mdm Heng was talking to us about this new award thingy
which criteria is as follows:
1. MSG of 1.5 or below
2. A1/A2 (I forgot :X) for CCA
3. Completion of NYAA
4. Very Good/Excellent conduct

The fun part about the thing is during the talk
Mdm Heng accidentally revealed to the whole school that
she thought our hall is called 秀梅礼堂 HAHAHA! XD
I love Mdm Heng and she rocks as our school's principal! x3

After assembly
we had our GRACES final briefing in the auditorium
Mr Lim Chow Hoon who's in charge of safety and security (?)
during the camp briefed us
He totally failed terribly trying to act strict and stern lor
AHAHAHAHA xDD!

Cos half of the time the whole cohort was laughing
Especially when he said something like (pardon me for my bad memory)
"We do not want you to wear your heels and fall head over heels"
and
"While all of you are enjoying your dinner
I'll be standing guard outside the gate
You know
It's very hard to get pass me"
HAHAHAHAHA LAUGHED LIKE MAAAAAD ;DD!

Math lesson yesterday was a continuation of
Mr Khoo's comments on Haoqing's "The Beatles Hairstyle"
MK: "Woah Haoqing, why did you pin up your pretty hair?"
HQ: "So that I won't look like The Beatles" HAHAHAHA xDD!
Mr Khoo then apologised to Haoqing
which apparently made Haoqing feel very heartbroken
cos she commented on facebook (which has 6 likes) that
"mr khoo said sorry :( aww 我的心都碎了" LOLOL! ^^

Yesterday after the math quiz
I felt very depressed cos for the second question
they asked us to find the area and
I stopped after finding the radius -whacks my head- T.T!
1 mark goneeeeee byebye 1 mark D; D;
If I got one more careless mistake
then I would have 辜负ed Mr Khoo's
"nothing less than 9" 期望! D: D:

I'll feel so guilty
~~I'll just go hang myself~~
I'll work harder for the next 2 quizzes
1 to compensate for the previous quiz
and another one to compensate for this quiz :) :)
Haiz in the meanwhile I shall console myself that
we reap what we sow
If I had practised 2 hours of math instead
I might have been more careful :/

My stalkers out there might have realised
I always write recounts and
seldom (or don't) reflect on my blog (at all) .__.ll
Let me explain myself kay...
I think reflections are very personal stuffs
And there are stuffs that I'm unwilling to share with people about myself
I know I seem very secretive and full of secrets to you right now
AHAHAHAHA MYSTERIOUS JERMIA~ :DD

Another reason being...
I reflect in a "talk to myself" manner
and if I were to reflect in this manner on my blog
all of you will sleep larh zzzzzz -.-ll

However I shall write a not-reflection-like longlong post here today
To celebrate my 300th post WHEEEEE YAYYY! ^^
Happy 300th bloggie! xDD

Somehow, we being humans, like to gossip a lot. Somehow, when we gossip with people about a person we do not like, we feel better because it's like... "wow! I'm the not only person disliking her! Yayyy I'm still an angel, I'm not evil and unreasonable afterall! She's so ____, people can't help but not like her! It's not my fault!" And somehow when gossiping with others about this certain "hateful" person, you feel that all of you actually have something in common, a 共鸣 and 共识.

It's not like I don't gossip la. I gossip too! :X Sometimes we just can't help it but judge and comment on others, like "aiyooooo she's so attention-seeking!" and "what's with his dressing sense! He dresses like a beggar!" :P I admit this is a bad habit I have to change, gossiping is sinful. Furthermore, when my mother read this and realised her daughter actually gossips, she shook her head disapprovingly and scolded me. "这就叫做 kaypo lor!"

However, today I'm not going to talk about gossiping as a whole, to prevent the 尴尬场面 of 自己骂自己. .__.ll But rather, I'm going to talk about gossiping about your friends. -Underlines, highlights and italicises the "friends".- Don't you think it is very heartbreaking and depressing to know that a friend whom you care for and trust so much talks behind your back?

To me, a friend is someone who tries to embrace you for who you are, both your strengths and weaknesses. Even if someone decided that, "woah, this certain aspect of my friend really taboleh tanhan man", a true friend, in my opinion, should not see teasing and gossiping about her frend's weaknesses and taboleh-tahan-ness as a form of entertainment and derive happiness and joy from talking bad about her behind her back. If someone, after gossiping with others about her friend, actually feels happy and not a tinge of guilt after that, is that someone still considered as a true friend? In this case, I think they are more of 冤家s than friends, and I sense hidden discontentment and resentment, whether one-sided or two-sided, in their friendship.

Suddenly thought about this when a friend of mine was lamenting about our friend's smart aleck-ness and blahblahblah. Throughout her whole gossiping process, while listening to her complaining about how pissed she is with this friend of ours, I thought to myself how two-faced she is. In front of our friend, she appears to be so close to her, smiling and laughing with her, hugging her, 撒娇 to her and calling her by her nickname etc. I wonder how, I wonder why, as a friend, she actually 看 her friend 不顺眼 for little things she did, the little "mistakes" she made.

Everyone has her own weaknesses. However, isn't it better to tell her your 不满s straight in her face rather than indirectly hurt her by spreading rumors about her to her friends? "But wait, what if I tell her about her 弱点s then she gets pissed and decided not to befriend me anymore and dao me?" Errr... this is better than she finds out later that you actually gossips behind her back right? By that time your friendship 无药可救 le larh. When talking to her, don't be so harsh la, talk nicely, I think that person will accept it. I like friends like Laokai, Jiexi and Erntian! Cos they tell me straight in the face my taboleh-tahan-ness. Even though I feel a bit sad sometimes, I trust that they are my true friends who will never, like the friend I mentioned in the previous paragraph, talk behind my back :)

I'm still feeling happy cos Mr Kaw added 2 more marks
for our LA re-presentation yesterday! :DD
It feels like... ahhh our hardwork paid off ^^
And I'm glad we managed to entertain the class a bit
especially when Weihui and I did our failed march... -.-ll
I think the class didn't know what we were doing
until Baobao told them we were
"2 students from a uniform group"
After that Mr Kaw followed by the class
laughed really loudly like HAHAHAHA! ;D

Anw Laokai and I think Mr Kaw's hairstyle is really funny
I think it's like 3 fireworks thingy
sprouting out of his head :DD
Laokai thinks it's like a bird
with its wings spread out hehe! xDD
He talked to us about gerry-mandering in Singapore o.o
After that I'm like 豁然开朗 and realised
the purpose of the setting up of GRCs etc :P

Haoqing changed her hairstyle today! ^^
She looks cuter and more guai-kia now
During math Mr Khoo realised that she cut her hair
and started to comment on it
saying that her hairstyle was called "The Beatles Hairstyle"
in the 1960s HAHAHAHAHA! XD
I think Mr Khoo thought we don't know The Beatles O.O

MK said that for tomorrow math quiz
he's expecting us to get full marks and nothing less than 9/10
"especially those who scored 5 or 6 in the previous quiz" x__x
I was feeling so 惭愧 I didn't dare to look at MK
and kept staring at my table instead :( :( :(
I shall jiayou for tomorrow's quiz and
do math questions for 1 hour now! ^__^

I've been seeing Jiexi during breaks recently! :DD
I gave her my 灿烂的笑容 today when she was eating
then she said she 见鬼 and 被吓到
and told me that 人吓人吓死人?!! -frowns- :( :(
Aiyooooo Jiexi so faint-hearted ah!
Must be because I'm too chio and cute right ^^
then you thought you saw a chiobu and got a shock for a moment horh
HEEHEE OMG SO ZILIAN LEHHHH xP Yucksyucks x__x!
JIEXI I MISS YOUUUUUUU~ D;
MY HIFE 我也很想念你 T.T
