I have a looooot of things to say! :D

Was buying KOI with XiuShuWei
(this sounds pretty nice as a name! :D) just now
then we saw Elton! I don't know why
the three of them kept giggling at us
especially that Shumin who was looking uber amused!

When we went home Elton told Mama
"Mummy 我带一个女孩子回家"
Then I 配合ed by pinching my nose and saying
"Hello auntie!" which made my mother
super flustered and worried cos she was exclaiming
"HUH!!!" from the living room
then she seemed to have chionged to the door
with enlarged eyes just to see her daughter and her son
laughing at her AHAHAHAHA!!! xDD

Mr Kaw must have been in a good mood recently
Today he let us off 5 minutes earlier
so that we can chope seats for IH lecture! :DD
Apparently other classes' teachers did so too
When I reached the LT
it was already almost filled with people xO
But the 5 minutes helped cos at least we got seats :)
Many people had to sit on the floor (on the steps somemore)
and one person was standing beside the door O.O
You can imagine how full the LT was :P!

Talking about the IH lecture
Mrs Van Dijk was super cute! (Y)
Mrs Van Dijk: "I know studying makes some of you feel you're

you will be in another IH - IN HEAVEN!" xD
And she was saying the South African economy
is growing rapidly because of the President
because Zuma = ZOOM-AH! HAHAHAHA!!!

Kay continue the story of Kawrrect being kind
He gave us notes yesterday like
sample answers for SRQ
Then he said he doesn't do this to us often
so that we will appreciate it more when he gives us notes :P
Quite true la but it's not necessarily true in all situations
(I LEARNT THIS FROM LA LESSONS -FEELS SMART-)

Especially in the case of our Most Dedicated Teacher in our hearts
Mr Tay who is unquestionably the teacher
who gives us the most amount of notes
Even though he visits our class almost everyday
to pass Chiaying our IH rep notes
and makes my already-going-to-burst file even... burstier (??)
we appreciate his hardwork and efforts a lot a lot

Talking about bowing
Yesterday when walking towards my seat for assembly
I saw two 403 girls in front of me
who saw Mr Khoo and gave a more than 90 degrees bow to him
Then Mr Khoo said to them
"Yall Japanese issit!"
which totally amused me much
but I very nicely tried to control my laughter :):)

A few days ago our cleanliness rep Sinlie
tried to implement an
"if you never do duty your name shall be written on the board"
policy to make people do their duties
which failed terribly xD!!
Partly because our angel Wenli wrote
"Never Do Duty" as the heading
which got suanned by Mr Khoo

MK: "Never do duty? You mean they should not do duty?
Like... NEVER do duty! Or do you mean
they did not do duty? Then you should put Did Not Do Duty instead"
which made the class laugh like siao
Then Mr Khoo continued by saying
"No wonder they say NEVER SAY NEVER!" LOLOL!!!
I wonder if Mr Khoo listens to Justin Bieber xD

Wenli the angel is souper duper cute!! ^^
Haoqing was acting cute during LA lesson today
with Shumin's stuffed toy white tiger which totally cracked us up
I just laughed til my tears came out typing the previous 2 sentences
Reminds me of our Beijing trip when Haoqing told Mr Chong
"Do you want to see Baby Panda?"
Mr Chong nodded and Haoqing started to act cute and say
"Baby Panda!" which stunned him until he froze for a moment
When he recovered he said "I don't know how I should react" (Y)!

Continue my story
Wenli saw Haoqing who was acting cute with the toy tiger
then she said very innocently
"So scary!"
Laughed til I became giddy
-anaerobic respiration- :)

And today during Bio lesson Ms Chee was asking people
to answer questions on a first-come-first-serve basis
Wenli was super kanchiong
Her hands shot up and she shouted "ME!!!"
which made the whole class laugh ;D

Ms Chee has interesting ways to make lessons fun!
Like today when she called us up row by row
to the board to chope questions to answer
It was quite amusing to see 408-ers displaying our
"sanbajingshen" by running despo-ly to the board
One of the very rare times when we see our classmates
being so enthu to answer questions ^^
Xiuyi and I even had the chance to 发挥 our team spirit
by answering half of a question each heehee!

This makes us revise and exercise at the same time :D

Yesterday Mrs Phua briefed us on a Byebye Pal thingo
where we're supposed to invite a Sec1-3 junior
to give us our grad gifts and say byebye to us
on the last day of school
When she showed us the invitation card thingy
Ms Chee's eyes were like O.O and her mouth opened like :O!
Hahahaha!! Mr Chong was laughing and clapping like mad
Mr Khoo was calm and composed :)

Then a group of PSLs were persuading us
to go for the grad night
Ms Teo told us "Ms Sab goes there every year to play!" xD
Some of us felt guilty after listening to Mr Kaw's speech
(Mr Kaw has a Naruto chop!! :OO)
Then Weihui and I were saying if Ms Chee goes we will go!
Vanessa Lim and Gahyarn helped us to ask Ms Chee
who said she's 考えている D:
After that both of them pointed to us
then Weihui and I pointed to Kaixuan
who was sitting in front and sabo-ed unknowingly HAHAHA!

Got one time Kaixuan went to the toilet
then Sinlie suggested all of us
(Sinlie Callie Hilary Jermia) to lock the door
switch off the lights and fans
and hide under the sidetable so that
Kaixuan will think we all go home liao
and locked the classroom LOL!!!
SUPER DUPER LAME SERIOUSLY

But all of us agreed .___.ll

The 4 of us began to hide under the sidetable giggling
In the end when our trick failed
and when we got up
our skirts was siewpur dirty! xO
Like even though we squatted we didn't even sit okay!
Our skirts had lumps of dust sticking on it
Shows how clean our classroom is :)

Really leh our class satisfies all the conditions
for model class
except for cleanliness -.-ll

Talking about toilet
Yesterday I was in the toilet
then suddenly I felt water droplets dripping
from above!
I thought the 天花板漏水 and started to get quite worried
In the end it's Xiuyi! Who sprinkled water from outside!
ROAR -STRANGLES- xO!

Yayyy we won the iPad from the BusinessChina photo-contest! ^^
Our photo had 69 likes!
Compared to the second which had 20+ likes I think :P
Now we're trying to sell it and donate the money to charity
We haven't decided on which organisation to donate the money to =/

So when we watched the IH Topical Presentation on
Malaria in Uganda and Kenya
We are thinking maybe we can donate the money
to help Africans buy bed nets! :DD
Then Woonyee suggested making the bed nets ourselves
so we can save costs HAHAHA!!! xD

It's amazing how God, in his own ways, can comfort me when I'm feeling down. He decided to give me words of comfort via Facebook! They really made me feel better :)

And it's amazing how, although we aren't feeling good, we still have the ability to brighten up someone else's day. And by doing so, we feel better ourselves too :)

Due to unforeseen and rather unfortunate circumstances, our group became the first to do the Socratic Seminar during LA lesson today. Was feeling so frustrated that I began spouting bad words like s*** and s***** while searching through my bag for my notes :X I MUST CLARIFY THAT I didn't spout those words to scold anyone. I was being irritated at the situation itself.

Was uber shocked after I realised what I spouted were vulgarities and that I was polluting Sinlie's ears xO But Sinlie being a nice person, said she understands and won't tell anybody that I said those words. HAHAHA aww Sinlie :):) Was quite upset after LA lesson today, not because our group became the first to go up, but because I was disappointed with myself. Other than listening and agreeing to the points raised up by the others (Jiaxing's point was uber wow!!! (Y)), my mind was practically blank diao x__x Managed to crap out something though. So 不是因为我不要讲话，是因为我没有话讲。xP

Felt quite troubled for a period of time over my screwed up Socratic Seminar, but biting ice-cream and sleeping and being able to do math questions and mugging a few chapters of Physics and reading encouraging messages on FB made me feel better le la. Especially after reading Hilary's blog post, I began to feel rather proud of myself! :DD Even though I may have screwed it, at least I had the courage to stand up, bring my chair to the front and JUST DO IT. I'm proud of my group members too! We are all brave souls. Thank you Hilaryyyyy ;D

I understand the reason why they could not go. I do not blame them cos it's really quite unfair to them also. But I must admit that for a moment, or rather, ermmm for like 5 minutes? :X I was quite irritated at the cher, like... why must you do it today! Postpone to tomorrow cannot meh! However, come to think of it, he makes sense la. We should have been long prepared already, during the holidays. So he wasn't being unreasonable. Moreover, he gave us 10 minutes to prepare, so I really do not have any reason to feel unjust or whatnot.

This teaches me that... life will not always be like what or how you want it to be. It will not be smooth-sailing, and many such events will randomly pop out in our lives. Therefore, we should always be mentally prepared to tackle such problems, take it to our strides and face these challenges bravely and confidently, and not be cowards! STAND UP STAND UP :)

就算有再可怕的大风大浪,我也要不要脸地继续笑着.

I have always believed in the saying "一分耕耘，一分收获"; That is, the results we achieve depend on the amount of hard work we put in. At least that's the case for me. I'm not smart. In quizzes and tests, there are people who can still pass, sometimes with flying colours, even if they did not revise and study for it. However, or rather, unfortunately, as you may say, I'm not one of them; Failed quizzes and exams which were done badly had proven to me that, if I do not put in enough hard work, it is nearly impossible for me to do well. There are times when people ask me questions, and being the not-very-brainy me, I can't seem to be able to provide with them answers that are 'logical and rational'; But they are to me. Even if I answered them seriously, people tend to see them as jokes and start laughing like maaad. If I'm lucky enough, people may see my answers as being creative. I understand that this is not necessarily a bad thing; I'm trying to accept this characteristic of mine as a blessing, a gift from God. Special ma, special~ Can bring joy to people somemore :)

There were times when I lamented the fact that I'm not as intelligent as those many people around me, that I have to work harder to achieve something that another person can achieve easily. But I've come to accept this as a good thing. Compared to attaining something without putting in effort, achieving it after working hard gives me a sense of satisfaction. It makes me feel that my hard work has paid off and is worth it! Similarly, when I do badly for something, I will have to tell myself that I had not worked hard enough. But because we reap what we sow, I would have to learn from this mistake and work harder next time so that I can do better. Even if I am not smart, I can still rely on hard work! So there is still hope :D

Because there is still hope, I do not believe in being depressed over failures over a long period of time. It will become my motivation, to strive hard, FOR A BETTER AND BRIGHTER FUTURE!!!!! If I still do not do well even if I put in hard work, it just means that the amount of effort put in was not enough. Need to add in more oil :) 就算做得不好，也千万不要气馁，更不要放弃。因为只要一放弃，在开跑的时候就已经输掉比赛了，连成功的机会，希望也没有。Even if I do not do well in the end, having put in effort will leave me with no regrets as I know that I had done my best, and that I did not let the people who care for me and erm... have certain expectations from me down. 无怨无悔!

Therefore, Jermia-san and friends, jiayou for the coming EOYs, O-levels and the many many challenges ahead in life! Do not be too upset over depressing results, and do not give up trying to succeed. While working veryvery hard, please take care of yourself, like what Mr Tay said (rather anti-climaxly) during IH today right after we sang him a birthday song, please do not give yourselves so much stress that you burn out! 要有蟑螂般打不死的精神，但是有杀虫剂的话，千万不要盲目地冲！先照顾好自己的安危才是最重要的。;D

Okay I realised that's a super bad analogy, but who cares AHAHAHAHA!!! xDD

Was nearly late for school (again -.-)
cos of a traffic jam which lasted for about 15 minutes?
I wasn't late in the end
because I prayed :):)
Miraculously like 5 minutes after I prayed
the traffic turned from a jam to a super smooth one! xD
Was super amazed at the powers of God
Hallelujah! :D

Smiled uncontrollably once I stepped into Nanyang
I missed school so muchhh D;
Weihui Minghui Sinlie Puilin and I were stalking
this Caucasian family living opposite our block
We were like stalkers!
We even managed to find out how many kids
there are in the family and that they have a dog
2 scooters a maid and a twin which quarrelled xP
We just kept standing near the window looking at them
until the kids went up a school bus -.-ll

Ms Chee said someone drew a prawn
which looked like Elvis Presley
AHAHAHAHAHA (Y)!!
And yayyy she didn't penalise me too much
to the disbelief of many people
for my weird mutated-looking prawn
which looks more like a chameleon xD

Mrs Lai voted Mr Khoo for most inspiring too! :DD
She shared with us Mr Khoo's touching story about
his passion for teaching and the sacrifices he made
for his students by becoming a full-time teacher
when he could have done something more... Money-fied?

Wang Laoshi shared with us stories of
Michelle Kwan an ice-skater during CME today
Teaches us that it's okay to make mistakes sometimes
but we have to pick ourselves up
and that passion is important :D

The most epic thing was
when I was walking towards the audi for CCT
We saw Ms Lydia Teo who saw us too
Then she flashed us a super duper
bright and wide smile!! :DDD
She's uber nice and friendly
but I do not know why her smile seemed so
hilariously amusing to me at that moment
that I just burst out laughing in front of her xD
Diaooo laughed til my saliva came out somemore :P

I was laughing so hard that I didn't notice erm...
Baobao and Kaixuan told me later on that
she was pointing at me saying "I KNOW YOU!!" or something
I hope she isn't feeling ummm...
disturbed that Gennie and I
pestered and irritated her like irritating pests for our dunking event x__x

Got back Jap Paper today!
Our class scored highest in the whole level according to sensei! yayyy!
It was とても悪い but it was a lot better than I had dreamt -.-ll
Erm clarifications the dreamt here doesn't mean
"expected" but it's just literally "dreamt"

I dreamt that I got 37/100 for Prelims
cos I didn't do a few pages worth of questions
Elaine Ang sensei was the marker and I scored 0 for Listening
Then she's so angry that she decided to give me
a negative score for Listening Dx

After that she told me
"Jermia-san, you need to come to my house
later in the evening for your Listening retest"
I asked her where her house is
Then she replied "I live in Jurong"
which totally shocked me so much in my dream
I think I woke up after screaming "WHATTTTT!!!!" =.=

The next Jap lesson will be the last we'll have D;
We will miss Yeong Sensei a lot :(:(
Although I am a 悪い学生
Yeong Sensei is a super duper いい先生

Currently going crazy
trying to understand Mutual Induction xP!
Hopefully I'll go crazy enough
to proceed to the stage whereby
I'll find joy in studying
as mentioned by Weihui! hahaha :DD

Actually I do find joy in mugging sometimes
especially when I finally understand something
after thinking and wondering and pondering about it
for a looooong period of time :)
It gives you a sense of satisfaction~

I shall answer two questions

Q: Why am I asking you a question? Would you rather be cool or cute!

A: I don't have to answer the first part of the question right hahaha! :X Depending on the situation I will act differently. Like when I'm in the bus I tend to act cool because everyone does that. Like... stone face~ :I Then I'll start being emooo cos got nobody talk to me marh :(:( So I guess I'm cool most of the time in buses. Talking about being cool in buses. Got one time I was happily sleeping on the bus then the bus suddenly jerked to a stop then I realised I was sleeping with my mouth bigbig. Embarrassing enough already lor then somemore the army person beside me was trying to control his laughter diaooo paiseh ttm x__x Err... As for cute ah. I'm always cute la ahahahaha!!!!!!! -pukes- I think I'm happier being cute cos it makes me feel young at heart ^^ So in conclusion... I'd rather be cute I guess :)

Q: DO YOU LOVE FOUR OH EIGHT MORE OR THREE OH EIGHT MORE?

A: I love 408 more! :) I love 308 too, but the love for the people in it (they are still the same right? :D) continues to build up in 408 so I love 408 more :D And cos after nearly 2 years of being together, we understand each other better and have learnt how to get along with different people in our class. We became more enthu this year too! :DD Even though we are not 308 anymore but 三八精神 is something unique to 308'10/408'11 only right!! :)

My daddy is my hero. He always saves the day by helping us catch cockroaches :DD! Which my bro dare not catch too -.-ll YAYYY DADDY!!!

Happy Belated Teachers' Day!

To all teachers
Thank you for making the effort to make
lessons as interesting as possible
And for spending sleepless nights
to mark our assignments D:
And thank you very much for teaching us values in life
and equip us with skills to survive in the future~
Thank you teachers yall are great! (Y)

Was uber touched when Kawrrect said
"Hmm... where shall I hang this up?" when
we gave him our board full of messages :):)
Yayyy at least he bothered to hang it up
and not throw it away! :D

Woah Mr Tay was epic (Y)
We thought he would be able to identify the countries
despite our super bad cutting skills
but aiyooo! He thought my United Kingdom
was the African States! xO
Mr Tay needs to brush up on his errr... map-reading skills (?)
by playing GeoChallenge more :P

Really happy this year
because two of 408's teachers won the Teachers' Day Awards! :DD
Mr Khoo won the Most Inspiring Teacher award and
Mrs Lai the Most Caring Teacher award woohoo!! ^^
408 was screaming and cheering at the 3rd floor like maaad xD
Super 给面子 right! Hahaha we love our teachers a lot :):)
During GRACES we showed the level that 408 loves Mr Khoo
now we proved the same thing to the whole school HAHAHA :P

Congratulations teachers! :D
I mean yes the award is a form of recognition
but Nanyang has manymany other rocking teachers
who are great in their own ways too!

Seow Jiexi tried to scare me again
but failed terribly (again!) nehnehnehpoopoo~ :P
Aiyo Jiexi why you so fail
not like me can always scare you successfully
And yes I know I sang very beautifully xP!

the PSG was waving their board like mad
and Mdm Heng gave Weihui a thumbs-up leh wowww! :DD
After that Mrs Lai had so many praises for us that she didn't want to
let Haoqing off cos she hadn't finished saying the good points
hahaha!! okay shall stop ego-ing about 408 :P

Talking about PSG
I was super amazed by their performance :):)
They danced to SNSD's Gee! :O
And I like the fathers' long and short white pants (Y)

Like past years
the teachers' performance was the ultimate high
A lot of our teachers have a hidden talent for dancing
Woah dance so wowishly leh O.O!
But we missed quite a bit of it
cos we were at the backstage haish :(:(

The concert was really good (Y)
But I agree with Kaixuan
the garbage bags blocked our view from upstairs haiz... D:

412's performance was after 408's
and we were supposed to clap/sing/wave along ma I thought
so when people were watching 412's
very amusing and entertaining video
I was waving like a toot to myself Dx
Hahaha! That video was really very (Y)!
Totally laughed at the "Hot Hot Hot"
with Mr Chong's sebeibei look hahaha!! xD
No wonder people were laughing so madly ;D

I think Mr Khoo was really happy that day!
The teachers were going up the stage
to receive their presents and cakes
Then Mr Khoo gave sibas that electrifying smile
which totally melted us xO!
Mr Khoo 希望您每天都能这样开心~ :)

In the meanwhile Xiuyi was going crazy
over how Ms Chee blows her bubbles hahaha! :DD

Went back for 6Agape's gathering
after my Jap Prelims
我们都长大了！We have all grown taller
and some of us look different now :)
But of course some things will still remain the same
like how Matthew is still as chatterbox as ever
like how we still love 6Agape :D

I think being a Sec4 has allowed us to begin
appreciating our teachers more
for all that they have done for us :)
