Before I start
I shall share with you something quite epic
which I did when I was in Sec 2 :P

It was my Grade 5 Piano Exam
During the aural component
the examiner played a piece and asked me
which period I think it was from

Being a Piano student who did not take Piano Theory
of course I won't know which period it was from la xO
So I just replied "Romantic Period"
Then when he asked me for the reason why I thought so
I told him "because I have the romantic feeling"
with that qian4 bian3 I-look-so-immersed-in-that-song look :P
And he looked like he was going to laugh :P
but I think he suppressed his laughter to be nice :DD
I got quite high for that aural leh surprisingly!!
16 out of 18 ^^ Yayyy that examiner so nice HAHAHA!

Secondly I realise my blog is a very good platform
for fangirls to stalk teachers O.O
Someone who stumbled to my blog today
searched "benson tay nanyang girls high" :O
woah Mr Tay got fan(s) leh! Not bad not bad! :DD

Okay let's get started!
Friday was an extremely epic and hilarious day :):)
Started it with the SAF Rededication Day
whereby male teachers went up the stage in their NS uniforms
wow it stirred up a lot of excitement LOL! xD

I like Mr Calvin Lee's speech on his reservice days (Y)!
Like he wasn't happy about being called back for 2 weeks
during the March holidays and that
he was called Croissant by his team mates because he
"couldn't stand it and corrected their pronunciation" AHAHAHA!! xDD
I thought that part about sacrifice was meaningful :):)
To protect "all of you and all of me" LOL!!
Epicly hilariously entertaining sharing :D

There was a time when Mdm Heng couldn't pop the party poppers
then Mr Tay, Mr Teo and Mr Ng I think (O.O)
went up to save the day! :DD
Wow I felt super assured and relieved when they popped it
like... I can entrust the defence of our country to thy hands! (Y)
If they couldn't even pop the party poppers
I would be super worried and would consider joining the SAF
but nvm they popped it! yayyy! :):)

Another high-ness came when
Mdm Heng helped our class to advertise
during the morning assembly :DD!
We were phew!-ing wow no need to advertise hiongly already!
And we were super glad that she requested
that no photos/videos be taken during the process
so our 'security' weren't as tight as planned initially :P

Nobody posted her photos/videos on Facebook yayyy!

We are veryvery glad that all the teachers
whom we invited and confirmed with
came to our stall on Friday! :D :D
They are all very nice people who are willing to
do their part for charity by erm... trying something different! ^^

I was looking through the photos taken by
Zouyan and Danielle on the teachers being dunked
for the Thank You cards and decided that
although funny photos appeal to us more
pictures that depict them looking happy/cute will be
better gifts and souvenirs to them :)
Especially if they chance upon the card manymany years later
they will be able to look at the card happily
thinking "wow! I have done something cool and meaningful!" ^^

For many of us the 408-ers
it was a beautiful and fun memory shared with the teachers
which we will never forget for a longlong time :D
I hope this is so for the teachers too!
Hope they had fun!! ^^

Just For Laughs YDF'11 Preparation/Event

No.1: I was begging Mr Tan Boon Hian to come to our stall before Physics lesson. Then he told me, "I will go when I am free, but usually not free one la." (Y)!

No.2: Ms Chee got dunked 3 times in a row!! Before that she was "nehnehnehpoopoo"ing which was super cute ^^ I think she got traumatised after being dunked 3 times consecutively, she said that she "won't do this anymore!" We 心痛ed to the max whenever she was dunked xO

No.3: Was it on Tuesday or Wednesday? Mr Michael Chang was introduced as our school's resident artist. Seeing how popular he is with Nanyang girls, we decided to invite him to our dunking event too! However, Mr Chang is a free-spirited soul and therefore it was super hard to find him. Got one time we were going off for lunch when we saw him far far away. We were so excited we were screaming "Michael Chang! Michael Chang!!" and I think he heard us cos we saw him smile a bit xP! He came for our event with a rubber duckie hand-made hat around his head! HAHAHA (Y) He had an ice-cream stick inside his mouth throughout too!

No.4: Mr Benson Tay was epic to the max. I think he thought other teachers were going to be dunked for half an hour, so he told us he would "only be available for 10 minutes". And after an hour of watching the documentary mentioned before, he told us that he would lengthen his dunking time to 15 minutes to thank us for "being so patient". Yup! That's why Mr Tay had 15 minutes! Hahaha after the dunk he said he felt "cool~" ;DD

No.5: With Yang Laoshi's recommendation, we decided to invite 张荣华老师. The invitation process was super epic, especially when Yang Laoshi was around. I think Zhang Laoshi was asking us if he must wear swimming trunks, then Yang Laoshi said, “张老师要穿游泳裤轰动南洋女中咯！”which made all of us laugh like mad xDD

No.6: In a bid to save himself from being dunked, Mr Chong said, "You don't want to get A1 for block test issit!" xDD Wow it worked. He's the luckiest teacher that day. He was only dunked twice despite many attempts from students to hit the target! :O

Before I end I shall share with all of you
Minghui's epic 歪ness during Bio lesson on Thursday
Ms Chee was teaching us about contraceptives
And in a video about femidoms
it was stated that "After use, it should be put away in
rubbish bins or a safe and secure place"
Then Minghui said "put it in the 保险箱! (the safe)"
because the safe is the safest and most secure place
OMG all of us nearly fainted from laughter ;D!
