I miss Nanjing......

I miss the:

crowded buses in which we were literally squashed like sardines
super empty Metro (MRT Train) with loads of seats for us
big bling banner welcoming us to XingZhi
pig which was named after me -- Jermia 猪
mini-IRs we opened everynight to play bridge and taiti
times when we sang 橄榄树 together when we were 流浪-ing
uberuber friendly and hospitable farming people
food in Xingzhi esp 番茄炒鸡蛋
耿老师 aka my father in Nanjing
extremely nice and caring to the max teachers in Xingzhi

I miss Shanghai......

I miss the:

Delicious and sumptuous supper they have every night (PIZZA! SUSHI! CHICKEN!)
Mondays and Thursdays in Fudan when we could 点歌 to our friends
Matron who nodded at us everytime we greeted her
Nicenice canteen auntie who smiled sweetly at us everytime
Weirdweird letter of encouragement we wrote to 陈肖蒙
Times when we stalked King Carson's crush 吴逸然
运动会 when we cheered like mad and crazy gilas for 高一（七）班
老人院 which was so messy, yet so cosy and colourful
商店 where we always bought snacks and bowl noodles to eat during lessons
Milk tea and food in 复旦一条街
Singapore classroom where many meaningful reflection sessions were held
眼保健操 which helped us to 保护视力，预防近视
全国第三套广播体操《舞动青春》
茶水间 where manymany happy and beautiful memories were created
