Ms Lim is a really nice and friendly LA teacher! :D
we looked at her annotated poems in her PDD today
waaaaa the whole page was covered with her illegible writings! :O
heehee
I read John Keats' Ode to Sorrow
I liked it alot when I first read it! ^^
But I realised that the more I read it
the more I can't understand it... -.-

hello! :D
I'm here to blog again
not because I'm too free (I have IH proposal to chiong D:)
but because today is a very eventful day! ^^

Today alot of teachers decided to extend our datelines for assignments and SIAs
WAHHHHH~ xD
they realised that they love us too much
and can't bear to see us suffer
awwww :)

The LA teachers extended our dateline for LA 2nd doc
Yang Laoshi let us hand in our zuowen the week after the next
Mr Tay allowed us to hand in our IH proposal next monday
and our IH assignment next next monday!
YAYYYYY~

Today morning Haoqing was huachi-ing over a certain person
-ahems- HEEHEE XDD!
she was crazy lorh
she stood up and did that "I love you" pose
when he was back-facing us

Mr Tan (our physics teacher) was super nice
I mean
he's nice everyday la

today he allowed us to spend 30 min on our physics quiz
^^

Cai Laoshi rocks as our CME teacher
he's very funny!
I love listening to his stories :)

I love my teachers
I shall give them something on teachers' day ;D!

even though Jermia says she's very busy and she's dying

I think she was very angry with her boyfriend...
then she kept saying the "F" word O___O
I don't know why but I hear and see the word very often nowadays
I don't know whether issit coincidental
or people are getting more and more vulgar :X

I get freaked out when I hear the "F" word

I brought chocolates to school! :D
actually I brought them yesterday
wanted to give them to the poetry juniors
but decided that it's too paiseh :X

hmm today was pretty much an amazing day
Mr Mackintosh shared with us his life in Scotland during assembly
he's still as funny and bouncy la! ;DD
wow apparently he's the chief of the Mackintosh clan!
although it's not the first time I've heard of it
I still find it quite unbelievable
BUT I have to believe it
Cos... his name is on Wikipedia! O__O

and see his BIG BIG NAME down there
then you'll see something like

then he kept making that "Meow" sound cos
the crest has "Touch not the cat bot a glove"? :X
and he lives in a castle... xP

he shared with us a story about this clan
that tried to drown them :/
then there's this hero from their clan
who swam bravely to the dam
and did something to the dam?
apparently the other clan was just under the dam
so...ya... tragic :X

Mrs Wong said he look very handsome! HAHAHA
and if she were younger she might marry him or smt
she's very cute larh! ^^

helped out with the packing of goodie bags after school
I feel very accomplished!
cos all of us (10 or so people?) finished packing
700 goodie bags within 1 hour! xDDD

back from east-west mini fest! :D
the fest was interesting and fun
ESPECIALLY THE FOOD PART XD
I think everybody loves it!
ate dumplings made by cao laoshi
and roti made by Mrs Westvik
SUPER DELICIOUS! x33

The poetry presentation wasn't as screwed up as I thought it would be
there's this girl who's super entertaining ;D
her friends sabo-ed her to read the poem
she read "Daddy" and 《再别康桥》with loads of emotions ^^
FUNNY~!!! :DD

and there's this girl with a very very sweet voice
if I didn't rmb wrongly
she's from 113? :)

OH NO I'M BEGINNING TO MISS THOSE POETRY JUNIORS
those girls from 113 and 203
are very sweet and co-operative! :DDD
as in they listened to us attentively
although our presentation wasn't really very interesting larh :P
I WANT TO BUY CHOCOLATES TO THANK THEM! x3

now I know how difficult it is
for LA teachers to teach us chim chim poems
cos our attention spans are so short
and it's so hard to capture our attention :O
It's really sad and depressing when nobody answers your questions
no wonder last year Mr Lee was a bit irritated during one particular lesson :X
I still rmb that lesson very clearly okay
cos it's the first and only time I see Mr Lee being temperamental heehee x__x

hmmm...
then out of despo-ness
we resorted to underhand means to capture their attention
I shall not reveal them in this blog post
since it's meant to be OUR SECRET~

analyzing Sylvia Plath's "Daddy" now... :)
I hope I didn't analyze it wrongly or else
I'll screw tmr's mini-fest poetry thing! xP

Somehow I feel kind of emotionally affected analyzing that poem
(using SPECS and SLIMS!)
cos that poem is really full of anger and grief
you can just feel it you know
it must be really sad to lose your father at such a young age
:O

if you are free you should just go read it
then you'll realise how lucky you are to have a father
who loves you so much ^^

I think I shall write a poem to my daddy on father's day
I KNOW HE'LL LOVE IT!

This week has been very fruitful! :D
too fruitful...
and very tiring! DD:
OH NO I'm really lacking sleep
and dou4 hao4 mentioned before that
the lack of sleep may lead to depression!

aiyah but I felt a sense of achievement and satisfaction
when I see that our assignments' section
which was full at the start of the week
is like... half-full now! ^^
YAYYY WE ARE PRO HW CHIONGERS ;D
and I feel so touched
when all of are are sharing hw answers with each other to copy!
YAYYY SAN BA JING SHEN ALL THE WAY x3

I had a feeling I died for IH block test
cos I was crapping all the way :(
but Mr Tay told us today that alot of us did very well
it made me feel much more relieved :)

OH YES YES YES
2.4 km run is finally OVERRRRR~
and my timing improved lehhh :D
although it's quite fail compared to the others -.-
BUT AT LEAST I PASSED WITH A "D" LORHHH~
I'm proud of myself -claps- HAHA xD

I think our re____ (forgot the word :X) teacher for LA
Ms Lim
is really really nice
and fun too! :DD

oh no I'm falling sick :(

cos I'm half-losing my voice and have a half-flu x___x

I think 308 has become alot more bonded
I can feel the strong class spirit in us! ^^
We cheered each other on during the tests
encouraged each other to not give up
and gave mass hugs to those who were sad

today didn't really start out well cos
aiyah I kind of flunked my maths quiz :X
Mr Khoo doesn't like the idea of requizzes so we aren't going to have one :(
but okay la I agree with him
it teaches us to put in our very best during the quizzes
cos we won't really get second chances all the time in life .__.

Translation lesson was epic-ly funny
I realise sanbas are cute and have good sense of humour! ^^

wow...
I can't believe 3 days ago we were outside the staff room
lalala-ing xO
then now we actually finished everything o.o!
these 3 days felt like 3 weeks
so eventful, so busy, so full of ups and downs... :)

Spontaneous problem on friday was better than I expected :DD
and our entrance to the room was BOOMZ! xD
I think the judges were pretty amused HEEHEE

the question they gave us was
"I would like to be stuck _____
______ is when I would like to be stuck
I would not like to be stuck____
_______ is when I would not like to be stuck"
then we have to fill in the blanks

I rmb everyone giving alot of funny and creative answers!
like Erntian would not like to be stuck in a difficult maths question during block test
HAHAHA! ^^
there are many many more but I forgot lerh :X
My days in nanyang is when I would like to be stuck
I would like to be stuck on the wall to know what it feels like to be a lizard
I would like to be stuck in fairytale land to see my Prince Charming
LOLS! SO CRAPPYYYYY~ :P

Luckily none of us had a mindblock
it was pretty smooth! ^^
and before we entered the room
we did this "confidence-boosting cheers"
like..."when we're nervous, we're high!"
and "we're chio! (claps x3) we're chio-er! (claps x3) we're chio-est!!!"
SO COOL RIGHT I CREATE ONE I CREATE ONE!! ^^

there were only 4 of us as the volleyball girls had their competition
as much as we've enjoyed our spon
I hope they had alot of fun during their nationals too! ^^

then after spon
we went back to school for our overnight chionging stay :D
IT'S SUPER PRODUCTIVE AND FRUITFUL!
it's the time when alot of very very good ideas sprang out of our brains
our group is seriously good at last-minute work
FRESH!-ly made hahahahaha! xDD

dear Fresh!
like what Mr Tan told us yesterday
even though they are many many teams who did better than us
we are still winners
cos we had sportsmanship and finished what we started! ^^
I'M SUPER DUPER PROUD OF YOU GUYS

I realised Mr James Tan is a really motivational and inspirational speaker
without him
I think we would have given up on that day :)

woke up at my monday timing today

then when I reached the bus stop

I realised that I'll be 1 hour early for the chem thingy =.=ll!

HAHA wanted to mug but somehow I didn't D:

The security guards are very ke lian ;(

they still have to come back to school on a public holiday to work!

haiz..should have written a thank you note to them :O

chem SIA discussion was quite productive :)

but rather than doing chem SIA

I think we were doing our homework instead xP

I just feel tired all the time...

LA timed trial was a bomb omg

but the questions are so killer!
nearly couldn't finish
